The Setting
Located in the Vilano Beach community, this home sits in a calm residential area just a short stroll from the sand and about six miles from downtown St. Augustine. You are close to local dining, the Vilano Pier, and scenic waterways, while still feeling removed from crowds and traffic.

Living Spaces
With approximately 3,600 square feet across two floors, the home offers multiple zones to spread out. The first floor centers around an entertainment area featuring an HDTV with Roku, foosball, and space for games and downtime. High-speed WiFi supports streaming, remote work, and multiple devices throughout the house. A private entrance, self check-in with keypad, and off-street parking add to the ease of arrival and daily comings and goings.

Kitchen and Dining
The kitchen is set up for group meals and shared cooking, with full-size appliances, an electric stove and oven, dishwasher, and dining table nearby. Indoor and outdoor dining areas make it easy to gather for breakfast, casual lunches, or unhurried dinners after a day at the beach or pool.

Outdoor Areas
Outdoor living centers around the private pool and surrounding views. The balcony provides a comfortable place to enjoy coastal breezes and changing skies, while beach and pool views remind you how close the shoreline is. Beach essentials are available for your time on the sand.

Sleeping Arrangements
Sleeping spaces are divided across both floors for flexibility and privacy. The first floor includes a bunk room with 2 twin-over-full beds and a guest room with 2 double beds, along with a full bathroom and washer and dryer. Upstairs, the ocean-facing primary bedroom features a king bed and balcony access. A second bedroom offers a king bed with views toward Castle Ott, and another bedroom includes a queen bed overlooking a nearby nature preserve.

Bathrooms and Comfort
The home includes three bathrooms, along with central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating for year-round comfort. Bed linens, towels, and bathroom essentials are provided, along with ample storage in closets and dressers.

Good to Know
Free parking is available on the premises for up to four vehicles. Safety features include smoke alarms, a carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. This home is well suited for families, extended groups, or friends traveling together who want space, privacy, and easy access to the beach and St. Augustine’s historic core.

Note: Pool can be heated, heat is available upon advance request with an additional fee of $40/day.
