On the paradisiacal Itapororoca beach, this Villa is located on Praia dos Nativos.

The property is a project by the architect Paulo Jacobsen along with the landscaping of Marcelo Faisal. It is 4 km from Trancoso square, a 10 minutes drive from Terra a Vista Airport and 60 minutes from Porto Seguro International Airport.

There are 3,800 meters of built area, 45 thousand meters of tropical garden and 150 linear meters facing the beach. It is the only property in the region with 104 hectares and 500m in front of the sea (foot in the sand).

The Villa is completely private and can comfortably accommodate up to 22 people. It has 12 suites: one of them is located in the main house, 5 in bungalows, other 5 in the White House and 1 called the Monkeys Suite.

The place also has several leisure areas distributed by the garden such as lounge, functional fitness equipment, area with pizza oven, wood stove and a beautiful area hidden between trees and cashew trees with a round table surrounded by an exuberant permanent artistic installation of balls illuminated.

Guest Access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.

Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.

Other Things to Note:
The security deposit is 50% of the rental.

There is a 10% extra fee for the inclusion of staff. The house operated with a minimum of 10 staff. 8 hours shifts and extra hour is not allowed.

Gardeners, maintenance, chauffeur, laundress, cafeteria cook, caretaker of animals are not part of the staff available.

Depending on the number of guests, it is necessary to hire extra staff such as a bartender, waiter, chef and maid's assistants.

We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.

The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
