Aloha and Welcome to Koko Resorts! We are so happy you have chosen to stay with us for your Hawaiian Vacation!

This 17th floor condo has great views of Diamond Head and the 6th floor pool deck! Only a few blocks away from the world-famous Waikiki Beach this unit comes with a fully furnished, freshly renovated kitchen which includes a full-sized refrigerator, stove-range, microwave, coffee maker, and all the kitchen supplies you will need to have an at home cooking experience while on vacation. This kitchen has a large island and stools for a great dining experience while you stay with us! Sit back and relax in this condo's spacious living area that includes Murphy pull out bed, a large sofa, and a large TV. The lanai also has a table and chairs for you to sit and enjoy a warm cup of coffee as you watch the sunrise over Diamond Head!

This unit has a great bedroom with King-Sized Bed and a great view. The bedroom can be made private by the sliding partition doors or left open for a very spacious room. The bathroom right off the bedroom has a gorgeous countertop and plenty of storage. The bathroom has a great shower/bath combo complete with a detachable shower head for your comfort and ease. This bathroom is the perfect place to wash away all the sand and ocean from a great day spent at the beach!

Additional sleepers can be arranged by special request, if need be, we do provide high quality inflatable beds. Please contact us directly prior to room assignment.

Nice family stay

The set up of this place worked perfectly for my family. We loved the view, having a full kitchen was very helpful, and it was nice to be able to seperate our bedroom from the kids so we didnt all have to go to sleep at the same time. The beds were decently comfortable. The mattress on the murphy bed is very squeaky at the bottom. It isn't very soundproof, so you cam hear all the noise going on outside. We slept with a white noise maker and it was fine for us. The water pressure in the shower was wonderful. The place could use a deep cleaning, especially the grout in the shower. It was super nice to have a parking space since those can be difficult to find in Waikiki. It is an easy walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants.
