Tucked away in a quiet forested neighborhood, this home has a tranquil birds-eye view, overlooking the merging of Trout Creek and Heavenly Valley Creek, alongside the newest addition of the South Lake Tahoe bike path. Only a 3.5-mile drive from Heavenly Resort, a one-mile walk to Community Park, and has quick access to fantastic restaurants.

The great room features an open-concept design with vaulted ceilings, cozy seating, and a large gas fireplace. Ceiling-to-floor windows and sliding glass doors let in incredible natural light. Plus a large flat-screen TV for a movie or catch up around the fire.

The bathroom features a stand-alone tub and a rainfall walk-in shower. Across the hall are bedrooms 2, queen bed, and bedroom 3, twin over twin bunk, perfect for the little ones. These share a bathroom with the family room, featuring a rainfall shower and a bidet toilet.

Pets are not allowed. If you have a trained Service or ESA dog we can help you find a dog-friendly home for your stay.

You can cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival date & receive a full refund. Cancellations or modifications made within 60 days of your arrival will not be refunded.
