The apartment is in a secured block with security gates , located on the second floor serviced lift air conditioning and large balcony . The interior space consists of living area with dining table 4/6 people sofa and 55 “ smart tv and internet service
The kitchen is fully equipped with Nespresso coffee machine, microwave , dishwasher kettle and toaster
The main bedroom queen size bed and huge wardrobe
The guest room has another queen bed
The Kids room offers a trundle bed which pulls out another single bed with built in wardrobe
The apartment has 2 bathrooms with 2 toilets and showers hairdryer also provided

We stayed at the apartment in August 2025 and were not dissapointed. Check in with Paolo was friendly and easy and we were given plenty of information about the local area and places to visit whilst in Tuscany.The appartment is well appointed for both Viareggio and transport routes to other fabulous places to visit, whether by car or by train, with the station only 15 miniutes walk from the apartment.The local amenities provided everything we needed to stock the fridge and the apartment is very well equiped, with a well stocked kitchen, a comfortable living area and three good size bedrooms (with very comfortable beds). The air-conditioning units in every room provided that bit of extra comfort during the hot weather.Overall, the experiance was amazing and we will return in the future.

Wonderful Stay!

The apartment was just as described and more. It is a very clean and comfortable newly renovated apartment with everything brand new. It was fully stocked with everything you may need for your stay including a washer/ dryer , dishwasher, cold AC in every room in short every comfort to make our stay enjoyable. Also, super market is right across the street which makes it convenient for longer stays. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Piękne czyste i obszerne mieszkanie , bardzo dobrze wyposażone . Kabina prysznicowa bardzo mała , a na dodatek brakowało półeczki do postawienia szamponu , mydła pod prysznic , a schylanie się w tej malutkiej kabinie było niełatwe. Druga łazienka wyposażona w wannę z prysznicem nie miała żadnej kotary , a konsekwencją było zalewanie podłogi w łazience.Poza tym nie mamy żadnych dodatkowych negatywnych uwag. Bardzo dziękujemy Paolo , który był niezwykle pomocny , szybko działający i bardzo sympatyczny .

Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig und es ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Der Parkplatz auf dem Gelände ist sehr praktisch. Die Lage ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge mit dem Auto oder Zug, das Geschäft inklusive Bäcker ist auf der Straße gegenüber. Die Ausflugstipps von Paolo (Hausmeister) waren super gut.Das Klimagerät auf dem Balkon ist nicht ganz praktisch wenn die Klimaanlage an ist, und man möchte auf dem Balkon sitzen. Die Entfernung zum Strand ist etwas länger als angegeben, man muss immer über die Brücke wegen der Eisenbahnschienen, man kann leider nicht direkt am Kanal zum Hafen laufen. Der freie Strand ist hinter dem Hafen, da muss man mit dem Auto hinfahren. Sehr viele Restaurants in der Umgebung oder in der Nähe.

Très bel appartement situé à proximité de supermarché et permet l’accès à la gare à pied. Le logement est très bien aménagé, équipé , spacieux et propre. Les échanges avec Alice se sont bien passés.

Super Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist wirklich so wie beschrieben! Sehr sauber und alles ist vorhanden. Ein Supermarkt liegt direkt gegenüber ebenso eine Bushaltestelle. Die Kommunikation mit Alice und Paolo war sehr freundlich und herzlich und hat uns jede Menge Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung war für uns perfekt ( 4 Erwachsene+ 2 Kleinkinder) Die Wohnung ist groß, modern und sehr gut ausgestattet! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sehr angenehm war es auch dass man gleich neben an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hat! Danke Paolo für die tollen Tipps!

Schönes Apartement

Schlüsselübergabe problemlos. Paolo war sehr nett und hat gerne gute Tipps gegeben. Spricht gut englisch. Wohnung modern eingerichtet und sauber. Klima in jedem Raum Wlan war ok ( auch streamen möglich). Parken mit festzugewiesenen Parkplatz im Freien vor dem Haus. Sicherheit: Das ganze Objekt ist eingezäunt und mit einem Rolltor versehen. In der Beschreibung steht Whirlpool. Das ist falsch. Ist nur eine Badewanne. Die Duschkabine in dem kleinen Bad ist sehr klein/eng. In der Badewanne kann man sich auch duschen aber da gibt es keinen Duschvorhang. Nicht gut gelöst ist, dass sich die Klimaanlage auf dem Balkon auf dem Boden befindet und die warme Abwärme immer bei laufender Klimaanlage in Richtung der Sitzgruppe auf dem Balkon gepustet wird. So sitzt man dann (sofern drinnen jemand gerade die Klimaanlage nutzt) auf dem im Sommer eh schon heissen Balkon und bekommt noch die Abwärme ab. Wer normalen Filterkaffee trinken will, sollte sich dafür etwas mitbringen. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind da und auf dem Balkon untergebracht. Supermarkt ist gegenüber und beinhaltet auch einen Bäcker. Der kleine Hafen nebenan stinkt teilweise etwas. Die Aussicht ist leider nicht schön, da man auf eine grosse Baufläche guckt (hier wurde wohl ein Gebäude abgerissen und noch nichts Neues gebaut). Zur Strandpromenade geht man ca. 15 Min zu Fuss. Fazit: nsgesamt eine schöne Wohnung mit den o.g. kleinen Einschränkungen.

Meraviglioso

Appartamento come da foto, spazioso, pulito, ben arredato e dotato di tutto il necessario per vivere la vacanza come se si fosse a casa. Accoglienza e supporto da parte di Paolo ottimi. Posto auto coperto. Zona tranquilla. Unico neo non vicinissima a piedi alla spiaggia libera e alla zona pedonale occorre spostare la macchina con le conseguenti difficoltà di parcheggio e relati i costi. Supermercato a due passi comodissimo. Grazie

Zu empfehlen

Die Betreuung vor Ort hat super funktioniert. Die Wohnung war sauber und ist für eine fünfköpfige Familie tiptop ausgestattet. Auch das Internet funktionierte tadellos, was mit drei Teenager nicht zu unterschätzen ist ;-). In Gehdistanz sind zwei Supermärkte und auch eine Bäckerei ist in der Nähe. Den Weg ins Zentrum und an diverse Strände, haben wir jedoch mit dem Auto gemacht. Es hat im Herbst genügend Parkplätze. Der Bahnhof ist in etwas mehr als 10 Minuten erreichbar. Alles in allem eine tolle, saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung, die wir gerne weiterempfehlen und, falls es uns wieder mal nach Viareggio verschlägt, gerne wieder buchen.

Wir hatten das Appartment von 12.08.-19.08.2023 gebucht. Aufgrund der staufreien Hinfahrt waren wir deutlich früher vor Ort als erwartet. Nach telefonischer Anfrage beim Ansprechpartner vor Ort war eine vorzeitige Schlüsselübergabe kein Problem. Die Wohnung haben wir exakt wie auf den Fotos dargestellt vorgefunden - Tip-Top. Alles war vorhanden, an nichts hat es gefehlt. Wunderschönes Appartment in hervorragender Lage. Zu Fuß bis an den Strand ca. 15min. Zur Gastronie im Stadtkern weniger als 10min. Im lebhaften Zentrum gibt es für jeden Geschmack das Passende. Sehr netter und freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und Ansprechpartner vor Ort, der sehr gutes Englisch spricht. Es war sehr schade, nur eine Woche bleiben zu können. Auf jeden Fall absolut empfehlenswert. Man bekommt genau das, was man sieht. Sehr, sehr gerne werden wir dieses Objekt wieder buchen.

Sehr schönes und modern eingerichtetes Apartment

Wir sind mit zwei Kindern im Teenager Alter und Hund angereist. Dafür war das Apartment sehr gut geeignet! Es ist ausreichend groß und die separaten Schlafzimmer für die beiden Teenager ein sehr großer Vorteil! Das Apartment war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet! Alles was man brauchte war vorhanden! Der Verwalter vor Ort war auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Kurz gesagt an der Wohnung selber gibt es absolut nichts auszusetzen! Der einzige Punkt, der uns nicht gefallen hat, war, dass in der Anzeige bei Fewo der Standort der Wohnung nicht korrekt dargestellt wurde. In der Anzeige war der Standort zentral, mitten in der Stadt dargestellt! Tatsächlich waren wir aber ca. 15-20 Minuten Fußweg entfernt, was aber aufgrund der schwierigen Parkplatzsituation in der Stadt eher ein Vorteil sein könnte! Das muss letztendlich jeder für sich selbst entscheiden! Kurz zusammengefasst: Die Wohnung war super und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt! 😊
