Step into this beautifully designed home where elegance and style perfectly integrate into a wonderful oasis that welcomes you home. Villa Blue Starfish offers an open-concept floor plan highlighted by exceptional details and a direct line of sight to the pool area. Ideal for romantic/family gateways, poolside relaxing, peace lovers, and remote learning/work.

The large versatile kitchen is the centerpiece between the spacious living room and dining room. The large kitchen island and the wine cooler are wonderful compliments to the home and kitchen functionality.

The outdoor area is the perfect place for relaxation and entertainment. The expansive sliding glass doors, both open can be opened to combine the entire main living space with the lanai. The outdoor area is equipped with an outdoor kitchen, dining table, pool loungers, seating set, BBQ grill, fridge, TV, and outdoor shower.

The gorgeous master suite features comfortable furniture and direct access to the pool area. The master bath features a walk-in closet, an oversized shower, and a soaking tub. Each bedroom is equipped with a good quality mattress and a TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed, the third bedroom has two twin beds, and the office has a daybed with a trundle. The second bathroom features a beautiful shower and direct access to the pool area.

Villa Blue Starfish requires an energy cost payment of $0.22 per kWh plus tax. A hold of $15 per day is required and will be placed on your card prior to your arrival. The actual amount will be charged after your stay based on your energy consumption.

There are security cameras at the front and on the sides of the house as well as inside the garage. There are no cameras inside the house or in the pool area.

Holidays:
No check-in nor check-out is available on December 24th, 25th, 31st, and January 1st. Please note it when placing your reservation.

We have been using Pretty Cape Coral homes for the past three years! Always such a pleasant experience from start to finish! Homes are beautiful and exceptionally very clean. WOW - Brand New and Awesome!!

The house is brand new and fully equipped for all of your needs and decorated to perfection! It's in a beautiful, quiet, neighborhood with easy access to shopping, restaurants and activities. It even comes with beach chairs, umbrella and a stroller/wagon to carry all of your beach gear. This house is awesome, enjoy!

What a wonderful home. The pool temperature was perfect. The beds were perfect. The furniture was perfect. The outdoor space was awesome. We're booked for next year already. Bruno was attentive and very helpful. Only one thing I'd change, the hot tub is a little too 🔥. Thanks for making our stay the best it could be.

We totally enjoyed our stay here. The house is absolutely beautiful, clean, very well equipped and great location. Mary & Bruno were awesome to deal with. The lanai, pool and spa were the best. We spent a lot of our time just relaxing in the pool and spa. We. cant wait to come back in April 2024. DO NOT HESITATE TO BOOK THIS HOME FOR YOUR NEXT TRIP TO CAPE CORAL, FLORIDA. YOU WONT WANT TO LEAVE.

Enjoyed our Stay

We really enjoyed the house and amenities. The property was extremely clean and free of clutter. The check in process was extremely easy and the property manager was very responsive. The outdoor patio was extremely nice and since we were there on some cold nights, the hot tub was a huge plus. We enjoyed the swimming pool as well which was heated well. All electronics worked great and the starter amenities like dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and Kurig pods were a welcomed gift. Cape Coral is a very convenient place to stay and is close to Naples and other busier places. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and we even were wondering at some point in the week if anyone lived next door. Overall, I would highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again sometime in the future.

A Sanctuary in Paradise!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this particular property for the first time for our annual family Spring Break trip to beautiful Cape Coral. Having enjoyed another property managed by Pretty Cape Homes in the past, we knew this home would not disappoint and we were right. Nestled in a beautiful Cape Coral neighborhood, this home greeted its weary Northeast travelers with beautifully manicured landscaping and a new and wonderfully maintained outer appearance. Once inside, we enjoyed a lovely, modern, yet warm and open living room, kitchen and dining room leading off to several bedrooms. A fabulous signature of this house was the sliding glass doors opening almost the length of the living room to a fully equipment patio/lanai, with TV, outdoor furniture, built in grill, counter and sink leading out to the wonderfully maintained pool and hot tub. I especially loved the fact that all of the doors leading to the pool or equipped with a motion detector to make any parent with young kids feel a little more at ease with their attention to safety. With the landscaping around the back of the house, one could enjoy privacy. We also loved all of the modern conveniences such as the pool and jacuzzi heating panel, the ceiling fan controls found in every room and the upgraded appliances. As a coffee lover, I loved the attention to detail in providing not only a drip coffee pot but the Keureg and even a coffee bean grinder. A Ninga blender is also provided for your smoothie or frozen drink needs. In other words, their properties are always fully equipped; even down to the hair dryers in the bathrooms. The master bedroom was beautiful with a king bed, dual closets, jacuzzi tub and spacious shower and vanity area. A nice touch with this property was a small office room off the main entrance with the possibility to double as an additional bedroom. All bedrooms were lovely and would make any guest feel at home. The large spacious garage comes equipped with lawn chairs, a wagon, a cooler and beach supplies. In other words, staying at this property, or any of their properties, will be your sanctuary that you’ll want to visit year after year.

Dreamhouse

Eine traumhafte Villa die unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen hat. In diesem Haus ist alles perfekt. Es ist alles nagelneu, sämtliche Küchenmaschinen sind vorhanden. Wir haben nicht einmal 10% von ihnen genutzt, aber selbst wenn man im Urlaub perfekt kochen und backen möchte ist es noch mehr als genug. Das ganze Haus ist hell und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool ist ein Traum und man merkt das sich die Vermieter hier sehr viel Mühe geben. Von Tüchern für den Trockner bis zu Waschmittel für Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine war alles vorhanden. Das hatten wir nicht erwartet und ist auch nicht selbstverständlich. Wir waren mit 4 Personen ( 2 Erwachsene und zwei Kindern 15 und 18 Jahre ) für 8 Nächte dort und wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Dann aber auf jeden Fall länger.
