GOOD POINTS - The check in was easy. Ducted aircon was good as we stayed in winter. It was easy to communicate with Hosts. House, Beds and lounge were comfortable. The house was clean except bathroom showers could have been cleaner and had some mold. Location suited us for attending a funeral in Bathurst. Overall not bad for the price.POINTS NEED ADDRESSING - We had trouble getting back into the house with one of the sets of keys that did not fit the front door, host sorted this with sending a new set, but it made us a bit late for our dinner reservations. A couple of tea towels needed for wiping up and wiping benches. Crockery needs updating as there were only 5 cups and 4 bowls, which was OK for us as we only had 4 people. Some of the plates were chipped. Tap in kitchen needs attention as it is loose and wont rotate easily between the sinks. could do with a couple of extra doonas or blankets for two of the bedrooms that only had thin doonas on each bed.

We're pleased to hear that you found the check-in process easy, enjoyed the comfort of the home and ducted heating during your winter stay, and that our team was able to communicate with you throughout your stay. We're also glad the location was convenient for your visit to Bathurst. We sincerely apologise for the issues you encountered. We're sorry for the inconvenience caused by the incorrect set of keys and appreciate your patience while we arranged a replacement. We also appreciate you bringing the bathroom cleanliness, kitchen tap, crockery, tea towels, and bedding concerns to our attention. Your feedback has been shared with our cleaning and maintenance teams, as well as the homeowners, so these items can be reviewed and addressed for future guests. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even better stay in the future.
