The distance to the beach is 40 meters, so you'll be able to pop down for a swim at any time.
Similarly, the lake/lagoon is 80 meters away, for kids wading, bathing, kayaking, SUP, as well as the 9 km track for walking/running/bicycling and more...
The restaurants of Oceans, Mexicano and Moonlight Social are all a 2 minute walk away, all great venues for brunch/lunch/dinner/drinks 7 days of the week. The greater Narrabeen shopping and food hub are a 10 minute walk away with lots of food and drink options to satisfy all palettes!

Home truths:
1. Stairs from ground level to first floor (internally and externally)
2. Courtyard is a bit uneven in places, however it is still very welcoming and great for entertaining or simply just sitting to enjoy the garden.
3. Great for 4 adults and 1-2 children. Not ideal for 6 adults because of the 3rd bedroom configuration.
4. This is at a family friendly street so NOT A PLACE FOR PARTIES! Good times yes but no late night parties!

- Dishwashing liquid and washing machine products as supplied, are all ECO friendly.
- Chilled, filtered drinking water and ice via fridge dispenser.
