Funky Liberty Village Apt - Mins to Downtown!
Location
Whether you’re in town for a day or a longer stay this unit has everything you need to be comfortable. Located minutes from downtown and within walking distance to the CNE and Queen Street bars. A short drive from the Gardiner and 2 min from a major streetcar hub, the location is simply ideal. Parks and Lakeshore are also a short distance away as are many festivals and activities. If in town for business in the core, there are options available for commute. Parking is on a first come, first served basis but there are always 2-3 spots available.
The Unit
The apartment is in an updated building but the unit is admittedly a bit old school but has everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. Linens, towels, cutlery, shampoo and conditioner, comfortable queen size bed, dining area and a desk area for those WFH. Bathroom was recently reglazed and tiled. The kitchen comes equipped with all dinnerware and cookware you may need. Coffee maker and air fryer for quick meals. Plenty of closet space available throughout the unit for longer stays.
