There is parking on site for 1 car and you are within walking distance to RPA, Newtown and it's vibrant local area filled with bars, cafes and restaurants.
There is Air con in the living room and 3 well sized Queen bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 is an ensuite from the Master Bedroom)

Great stay, nice neighborhood

We had a lovely stay. It was easy to get around and there were plenty of restaurants and local eateries which were fabulous! It was an easy walk to get to the bus to go downtown into Sydney with the OPAL card. Home was large enough for 5 adults, without any one feeling on top of each other. Appreciated the parking in the building as well. Nice outdoor space that would be super in warmer weather. Great location and we would definitely recommend a stay! Thanks for hosting us.

Great space for a family

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay here. There is plenty of space for everyone and a nice outside area. The host was very proactive in welcoming us and responsive to any questions. There is a convenience store and cafes quite nearby. The neighborhood itself is not the most beautiful area, but it is very accessible to everywhere that we wanted to visit.

Very responsive host

This ground floor apartment was very well located and overall quite nice. The photos in the listing make it look a bit larger than in real life, but overall it was a comfortable stay. There were a couple of minor issues with things like a broken blind and such, but the host was very responsive when we brought them to their attention. Thanks for having us!

Great position, quiet and relaxing

Chose unit due to great position for my operation at RPA. Unit was light and airy with a quiet, private courtyard. Close to King Street and Parramatta Road. Some of the furniture old and tired - one of the dining chairs broke the first day we were there. A little more love and closer attention to unit cleanliness and maintenance would make this a perfect place to stay.

Spacious, good location but dilapidated apartment

Positives included responsive host, great location and spacious. Negatives included dysfunctional hot water, broken doors, ants and inadequate cleaning eg. Rusted dishwasher and no cleaning cloth. I thought it was expensive given these issues.Would probably not stay again unless stuck for other options.

Not at all how it was advertised

The apartment looked much nicer in the photos. We arrived to a place that was uncomfortable and filled with mind and ants. My son had a huge allergy attack as soon as he walked in. I’m certain there’s black mold under the flooring near the bathroom. There’s mold along the floor boards and on the privacy screens. You couldn’t even close the shower doors. If I could have found another place that could accommodate my family near the conference venue, I would have. It was a terrible experience.
