Welcome to our beautiful 2-bedroom cottage, perfect for your next vacation! With a sleeping capacity of up to 6 guests, this cozy retreat is the perfect choice for small families, groups of friends, or couples looking to get away. The cottage is located on the border of Orillia and Muskoka. The cottage is heated in the winter and has air conditioning for the summer. The heated pool operates from May to October.

The bedrooms in the cottage have two double beds and night tables. In the living room, there is a corner sofa bed, a television, and a coffee table. The kitchen is new.

At the entrance of the cottage, there is a large covered terrace with BBQ and patio furniture. We provide our guests with propane tanks for the BBQ free of charge. We provide pillows, blankets, and throws for our guests. Bed linens and towels are not included, but if you forget something, you can always rent them from us. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious and healthy meals. The refrigerator, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker are all at your disposal. You will also find plates, cups, bowls, wine glasses, drinking glasses, mugs, knives, forks, and spoons for setting your table. The cottage has a washroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. For our guests, we provide paper towels, toilet paper, shampoos, conditioners, body wash, and hand wash. Plus, you can stay connected with the complimentary Internet and enjoy your favorite TV shows with Rogers TV.

On the resort grounds, you have access to a volleyball court, a heated pool, a patio area with a fire pit, and a children's playground. Across from the resort is St. George Lake where you can swim in clear and warm water and fish for those who love fishing. For resort guests, there are canoes, pedalboards, paddle boards, bikes, and many table and outdoor games available for additional rental fee.

Things to improve

Drain in the kitchen and washroom (including shower) smells terrible and nasty. We could not bath comfortably because of the smell and washing kitchen dishes with that smell feels gross. The oven was not clean either and we had to clean it before use. There is no room freshener provided.The smoke alarm unit is just near the stove top. With normal cooking like sauteing the onions, the smoke alarm went on as it is right above the stover top. We were in pressure each time we did cooking. It will be great if linens are provided and customers do not need to bring with them.

Unfortunately, communication was not accurate, when we arrived to the cottage we were not able to fit in thru the gates because our boat was too big. I had specifically gave anton our boat and trailer measurements, and notified him that it was a 32ft boat and trailer wondered if we would be able to park our truck and boat at his cottage. He replied with" it shouldn't be a problem " As a result we had to find a marina to dock the boat for the weekend and pay $230.00 more. When i told him thats what we were doing he did not offer to reimburse any monies even though he disregarded a parking spot. As a result i messaged him and asked if i could not pay the extra $75.00 dog fee. In wich he honered. Spent alot of time looking to place our boat, and was inconvenienced by the location from marina to cottage. Our boating was the only thing that saved the weekend, the cottage is not worth a second visit from us. Also dont forget to rent your sheets when you stay there!

Regarding the issue with your boat and trailer, we did indeed receive the measurements you provided, and we had guests with boats of similar sizes who didn't encounter any problems parking them on the property before. Nevertheless, we understand that there was an unexpected issue, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it caused. In response to your concerns, we offered you an alternative parking spot at the side of the resort, and we even sent you a photo of the available area. However, we respect your decision to dock the boat at the marina, and as a gesture of goodwill, we both agreed to waive the pet fee you had inquired about. We always aim to accommodate our guests' needs to the best of our ability. Regarding the cottage amenities and features, we assure you that the photos on the listing are up-to-date and accurately represent the property. We also make an effort to provide essential items as mentioned in the listing to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests. As for linens and towels, we offer our guests two options: they can either bring their own or choose to rent them at the resort. This information was included in the welcome package provided to you before your arrival. We apologize again for any inconvenience you experienced and thank you for sharing your feedback. We value our guests' input as it helps us improve our services for future visitors.
