DONT RENT THROUGH MARCO NAPLES VACATION RENTALS...Stay 2/3-3/2/24
Garage door not working for 3 weeks. Communication about the door was misleading at best. The company said it would be fixed on the Wednesday of the 3rd week of my 4 week Saturday-Saturday rental. No communication that it was complete...the remotes were left in the garage on a broken chair...no note in the house. There was a cleaning scheduled for Saturday, the 10th of March for 4 pm, as I had guests who left that morning and new guests arriving that afternoon. When no one showed up, I called at 6 pm and was told that someone was sick and the cleaning would not be done until Sunday at 12:30. I washed all the sheets and made the beds. The heat for the pool and heat tub didnt work for 3 days, after paying for heat for the 3 1/2:weeks. Using VRBO, I HAVE NEVER PAID FOR HEAT AT A MARCO ISLAND PROPERTY, where I've been renting for 15 years. Electrical outlets didnt work in the master bedroom and the pool light was inoperable. The electrical outlets were not fixed. The pool light was but, in my opinion, not in a timely manner. The house is OK...needs some updating and paint. My real issues all surround the management company.

Great Property
Overall, the property was excellent. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. The house even had fishing poles and beach gear. There were a couple issues with the heated pool and spa but the management company was quick to respond. The owner of the property even stopped by to make sure everything was all set. One concern I had prior to booking this property was the location being on a busy main road however, we were unable to hear any road noise in the back lanai area. We would book this property, and use this rental agency again.

Family Vacation
Beautiful Home and location. We did not want to be in the hub bub of the beach traffic and loved being on the water with the beautiful lanai, gorgeous pool and jacuzzi. I do feel the property could use some love in updating a few things. EX: Mattresses (not comfortable). When we first walked in the home smelled musty and damp. My husband had to change out the air filters which were clogged with thick matted dust which we left in garage for reference (glad there were new ones in the garage). I suggest a new toaster.....Only one side of the toaster worked and actually sparked. Overall we had a wonderful time and would return but feel a little bit of an update and some key maintenece to the airconditioning system would greatly improve the property appeal.

The place was beautiful and very clean
We enjoyed this property. It was very clean and beautiful. It had most of the stuff we needed. The location was great and we loved the pool and hot tub. There were plenty of towels, bikes that we could use and lots of kitchen accessories. However the toaster did not work very well and some of the pans were very old and couldn’t be used. There was some bath soap in the bathroom but not many and they were very small we had to buy our own. Other than that the place was great and would stay there again.
