This stunning Three Bedroom/Two Bathroom home has been designed for you to enjoy holidays in Hanmer Springs. Situated on Rutherford Crescent - the best street in the village you will be able to park your car at the door and walk to most of what Hanmer has to offer.
The relaxed, comfortable open plan living area flows out to a large deck overlooking the water. Complimented by a fully equipped kitchen offers everything you’ll need, including a Nespresso Coffee Machine, (however you will need to bring your own coffee capsules).
Enjoy the indoor-outdoor flow in summer with friends on the deck and watch the most amazing sunsets. Winters will be spent being cosy and warm in front of the log fire.
This house is perfectly set up for couples, trip away with your friends, or for families with children 10 years and above.
Three generous size bedrooms offer a King Bed in the Master Bedroom (with ensuite and own deck), King Bed in the Second Bedroom and the Third Bedroom can either be a Super King Bed or Two Singles Beds (please request your preference when booking). Quality linen & towels are provided, and the beds will be made up awaiting your arrival.
With a 55 inch TV and unlimited Wifi you will be able to load your favorite TV programs.

Luxury Lifestyle

Off road parking for 3 vehicles and easy access at allocated arrival time. Lake views with a good outlook were appreciated. The first two bedrooms were a good size with the master bedroom sited to take in lake views. Kitchen and dining area worked well together with lounge area alongside. Easy walking distance to the village amenities and pool.

Great Location

Stayed for 3 nights. Weather was iffy for 2 days but the views were awesome. Had 2 cars but walked to everything!! Blew a circuit, totally our fault and late at night, manager was there to fix under 5 minutes. SO communication was excellent. Place is beautiful with room for our family to spread out and not be on top of each other. Would book again if in area.
