-Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure, so that it is tidy for the next tenant, however we do offer an optional cleaning service(excluding bed making and dishwashing).
-We welcome you to our spacious home, it is a great place to unwind, and take in the lovely views and surrounds of Hanmer Springs anytime of the year.
-quiet peaceful setting but so close to everything, you can just park up the car and walk everywhere, being only a 3 min scroll to town or the thermal pools (which is a must), there are also heaps of activities to do if you want to, which include jet boating, river rafting, bungy jumping, off road buggy adventures, laser clay shooting,horse trekking, mini golf, or many of the walking or biking tracks, just to name a few.
- A neighbourhood of boutiques provide your every need for chic snowsport dressing, to a comfortabaly elegant night out. Or browse the township for arts, crafts and gifts.
The cosy aura of Hanmer Springs has an amazing backdrop and the perfect setting for anytime of the year, you will never get sick of the serenity and leisure that make up the atmosphere in Hanmer, while the thrill is there if you want to take it!

We do not accept bookings made for groups of individuals who have anyone under 20 years of age(please note: this does not include families with children under 20 or groups of workers).
There is a surcharge for a one night booking of $30, we do not accept one night bookings during weekends or school holidays.(unless filling a gap)
