Filthy

Overall very dirty. Carpets desperately needed cleaned, shower curtain was gross and needed replaced, bathtub needed cleaning, a couple of towels were even stained. Kitchen drawer fell off when opening it. Musty smelling. Couldn’t wait to get out of there. Had no business charging the amount charged.

Works for a stay in Austin

Conveniently located to local attractions. Beds were comfortable. 4 stars because could use some basic conveniences for travelers. Missing furniture/dresser options in bedrooms so no place to place luggage or clothing other than downstairs. Small things like paper towels and washcloths would be nice additions. The sliding patio door was easily opened by slightly jiggling the door, even when locked. Several areas around door frames had black smudged fingerprints which make for a less clean feeling, even though everything else seemed clean. Overall it's a convenient stay and with a few slight improvements for travelers could be a 5 star stay.
