Tentative de frais abusif

Nous avons loué le chalet 4 jours. Après notre depart nous recevons un avis du propriétaire que des frais de 200$ serons facturés pour du ménage supplémentaire . Nous sommes vraiment déçu car nous avons laissé l’endroit en bonne ordre, la vaisselle fait, les poubelles vider, les contoirs propres. Nous avons pris bon soins du spa. Évidemment il fallait faire les lits et un ménage s’imposait après 4 jours mais nous avons payé des frais pour cela. Après avoir appelé vrbo, il ont confirmé qu’il ne peuvent préclamer de tel vrai. Jai demandé des informations supplémentaires au locateur et nous n’avons pas eu de réponse. Nous sommes vraiment deçu et nous ne recommandons pas ce chalet.
