Beautifully equipped cottage, on Balsam Lake. Reliable wi-fi, Sonos sound system, air conditioning, great work space. Also a great Spring/Fall getaway. Forced air heat. Electric fireplace. Pristine views and total privacy. Large property with easy lake access for swimming and water sports. Town of Coboconk is a 10 minute drive from cottage for all groceries etc. Ideal for a relaxing time at the lake or escape from the city.
