The two main bedrooms are located on the ground floor, each furnished with queen beds and TVs, along with a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet, and a laundry area. For families, a high chair and cot are available to ensure even the youngest guests are comfortably accommodated.

Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area, stylishly furnished for comfort and relaxation. The upper level also includes a third bedroom with a double bed and a separate powder room.

The balcony offers outdoor furniture and a BBQ, perfect for enjoying the sea breeze or dining alfresco. The property is just a 7-minute walk (500m) to The Hollow Beach.

The townhouse is now fully air-conditioned, featuring a cassette-style unit upstairs to cool the top floor and two split systems in the downstairs bedrooms.
