From the outside it doesn’t look like much but it is very clean and open inside. We enjoyed our stay there as it is very central. Should we go back to Merritt we would stay there.

Harry Potter house

Why a Harry Potter house? We pulled up to the property and saw a teensy weensy house. Opened up the door and were surprised to see a roomy, tastefully decorated totally updated house. This property shows whats possible with a lot of creativity when one guts a tiny old house.... well, not so tiny. The main bathroom and kitchen were huge! My kids were thrilled. I was thrilled. Location is excellent. Walkable pleasant distance to the grocery store, museum, and downtown. Friendly helpful neighbors. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Safety

Beware that there is a lot of safety issues in the home. No smoke detectors. No carbon monoxide detectors. No safety rail on steep stairs going upstairs. And dangerous stairs randomly through out the home not made for families with children.
