Great condo

Owner was very easy to contact and quick to respond. Great location for Deadwood, Sturgis, and Spearfish. We would go back, had great time and recommend this property.

Overall a good place to stay. Need working dispensers in showers. Not alot of hot water....but weather was terribly cold. Enjoyed it. Good location.

Outrageous fees

The “host fees” that you don’t see until checkout are almost higher than the advertised rate, which just about doubled what we were expecting to pay. Coffee maker did not work, which was a huge disappointment. Had to leave right away each morning just to get coffee for everyone.

Seemed nice on initial glance

Overall it was just okay but little things have been neglected and ignored. Loose door handles (multiple), loose drawer knobs. Missing knobs for heater units. No shampoo or body soap for showers. One tablet for dishwasher even though we were there for 4 nights. No broom however a dust pan was present. Had plenty of cooking utensils and items but not enough dishes or plates for the 6 people that could stay there. TV was limited to Samsung plus TV channels. And one bathtub dripped like crazy. Beds were okay but was hard to get the temperature right in the entire unit because of the old fashioned floorboard heaters throughout the place.

Hassle free check in/out. Overall quiet and clean. Would like to see a little more attention to detail considering this property is considered a 5-star property. Example: -2-ply t.p, better coffee, soaps/shower refilled, patio cleaned up, rugs washed, dusting corners, slider etc. However it was cozy and served it’s purpose for our week long stay.

The condo was well appointed and clean and easy to access on the first floor (there are stairs to access the building). The parking space is right in front with easy access to Hwy 85, downtown Lead, and Deadwood.

Great stay! The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We especially loved the little fireplace—it made the space feel extra cozy. Check-in was easy, and all communication with our host was smooth and hassle-free. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful cozy stay

What a wonderful condo ! So cozy and so nicely decorated! Very impressed pictures were exactly what we expected . Would have enjoyed more coffee cups one of our only complaints. Two cups was hard to work thru for four adults. But we loved our stay and would do it again in a heartbeat. Great quiet location ! Great atmosphere! Thank you for make our stay wonderful!
