You'll find our villa and new development in a quiet, peaceful, family-friendly residential neighborhood, tucked away in a serene, dead-end enclave. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.

Accommodations:

The villa is a spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom 2-story retreat that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Here's a breakdown of the bedroom configurations:

- 1st-floor bedroom #1: Queen-size bed, TV, Sonos sounder, en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

- 1st-floor half bath (powder room).

- 2nd-floor owner's suite: King-size bed, TV, Sonos portable speaker, en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

- 2nd-floor bedroom #3: Queen-size bed, TV, Sonos sounder, Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combo (shared with bedroom #4).

- 2nd-floor bedroom #4: Queen-size bed, TV.

Inclusions:

The property also has beach toys, beach towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella. The property also has a Pack n Play set you can reserve in advance for your booking. Anything else you require we can help to arrange through local operators

Private Pool: Enjoy your own private pool with a generously covered waterfront patio and a large deck area.  The pool is 8' 1/2" wide by 14' long. It is 5 ft deep. There is a nice sitting ledge on one end.

30 ft. Boat Dock:

The villa includes a private 30 ft. boat dock, allowing boaters to explore the North Sound, Stingray City, and the Caribbean Sea. Seasoned boaters can rent a 21 to 24-foot private boat or jet skis for the day, partial week, or full week.

Rooftop Terrace:

The highlight of the villa is the spectacular 3rd-floor rooftop terrace, offering panoramic views of the North Sound and waterways. The terrace is shared with the neighbouring villa (not a rental unit) and is used sparingly by the owners during the year. It features a dining table, chairs, outdoor furniture, a gas BBQ grill, and a beverage refrigerator.

Fully Equipped Gourmet Kitchen:

The villa boasts a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, ideal for preparing your own meals. You can also bring in your own private chef if desired.

Smart TVs and Wi-Fi:

All TVs in the villa are smart TVs with preloaded apps, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is provided throughout the property.
