The Space:
This beautiful home is loved, and it shows in the beautiful furnishings and extra touches, the amazing kitchen with huge island and granite countertops, and all the extras like 5* hotel linens and luxury Public Goods amenities. No expense has been spared in creating this wonderful space for you to enjoy. As soon as you step into the spacious entrance and then into the open plan living, dining and kitchen area you will feel your worries slip away. This corner unit offers exceptional light and mountain views. Enjoy a meal at the dining table, grab a coffee at the kitchen island, or step out onto the deck off the living area to fire up the BBQ and admire the views. Back inside, chill out with some Netflix while you warm your toes by the gorgeous stone fireplace. When it's time to retire, choose from two queen bedrooms. The master suite offers a private deck as well as the most luxurious bathroom with walk in glass shower, a stand alone soaker tub and twin vanities. Not to be outdone, the guest bathroom offers the same level of luxury in a stunning, huge glass walk in shower. Both bedrooms are at the other end of the apartment, offering quiet and privacy from the living area. Each has amazing natural light and incredible mountain sunrise views.
If that's not enough to tempt you, let me entice you with the wonderful hot tub (shared) to soak away sore muscles after a day of mountain adventure. When you are good and relaxed, step just outside the door to The Alder Grocery + Cafe, for fantastic food, a French patisserie, gourmet butcher and international market. Just next door is Bridgette's Bar. Voted #1 bar in Calgary, the Canmore location is as good, if not better!
Spring Creek Village is a bespoke village of great beauty, nestled amongst the trees and creeks, yet just 5 minutes walk to downtown Canmore. It is far and away Canmore's premier accommodation location. Complementary heated underground parking for one vehicle provided.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment, and it is not shared with anyone else. Guests may also use the hot tub and fitness room, which are shared amenity for the use of all building residents and guests.
The Neighborhood:
Spring Creek Village s is in a fabulous downtown location just 5 minutes walk to Main St, yet close enough to the highway, allowing a quick arrival and exit to your adventures in the national park and surrounding areas. In addition to The Alder Cafe & Bridgette's Bar, The Stirling Lounge at The Malcolm Hotel is just up the road, and the best coffee shop in town (Eclipse Coffee) is on Main St. Check out our Welcome Book in suite for more wonderful restaurant and shopping opportunities in downtown Canmore.
Getting Around:
Canmore is small and easy to get around on foot, by car or by public transit. There is public transportation around Canmore, and to/from Banff. and Lake Louise. Information about Canmore Roam Transit timetables are provided in the condo. Public transit within Canmore is free. Transit to Banff and Lake Louise requires pre-payment, and you can pick up tickets from Rusticana Grocery Store and the Town of Canmore office in Downtown Canmore.
Other Things to Note:
Spring Creek Village s is undergoing some expansion so you may encounter some construction noise in the area at times. This is not excessive or constant, and is easily remedied by closing the double glazed windows.
