Situated in a Bundall, this centrally located, family entertainer is newly renovated and has everything you need to enjoy the perfect getaway with family, friends or for a corporate retreat.

Designed to accommodate 14 guests, this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is an accessible single-story, with highlighting features such as it's indoor to outdoor alfresco living and dining area, private pontoon, boat ramp and jetski dock.

Located in a quiet cul de sac, with the choice to be apart of the excitement the Gold Coast has to offer within a short walks distance away, or opt to stay in and fish off the pontoon, or lounge by the private pool, the options are endless.

The contemporary layout features a seamless connection to a huge private outdoor patio providing a perfect space for relaxing or entertaining alike, complete with a firepit and ample front row seating to the peaceful surrounds and magnificent waterfront views.

The understated modern interiors exude an industrial feel, with high polished concrete floors, and include high quality appliances particularly in kitchen and laundry spaces, with Belling and Bosch brands to complete the modern versatility for guest use and ease.

**NOTE FOR NETFLIX: Due to the new no sharing restrictions. You will need to log into your own Netflix account. You will need to select traveling on your account.**

Guests will have access to the entire property.

- The minimum age of the person renting must be over 25.
- All guest joining must be 25 yrs old and above unless it is a family stay with small children.
- Group stay will be subject for approval. Please inquire prior to booking if you are a group.
- We don't take groups of more than 8 adults as we are in a very respectful neighbourhood.
- Absolutely No parties or events of any kind and strictly quiet hours from 10pm- 6am.

"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"

- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info
- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
- Booking tax notice: Starting August 16, 2023, A $30 booking tax is levied per booking to cover guest and identity validation
- Starting 16th February 2024, All group stays will require a external $5000 bond

Amazing, private house.
We loved the house, it was beautiful and private. The pool was covered with sun and it was warm all day round. The kitchen was fully equipped. The backyard was spacious and the view was peaceful. Some feedback to make the house even better. The curtains in the kids room are pretty hard to pull open. It will also be a great idea to insert a shower outdoor. The house also needs more mirrors especially a full body mirror.
