This is a modern, spacious apartment situated in the relaxing & friendly St. James complex. The apartment is furnished to the highest standards and has all the amenities to make your holiday enjoyable and relaxing. The apartment is very spacious with 2 bedrooms, one double with balcony and the other a twin room. Both rooms have fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has an en-suite and there is also a separate bathroom. There is a modern fully-equipped kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, coffee maker, juicer, etc.
The large living/dining room has TV with limited satellite stations, DVD player. The balcony from this area has sea views. It is fully furnished with dining suite, 2 sofas, coffee table and sideboard. Ideal for a relaxing holiday by the pool/beach or for the more active who want to avail of the many local sporting activities.

Superb, modern, spacious 2 bed apartment with air conditioning. Set in the beautiful seaside village of Luz and in the exclusive development of St. James with 2 pools, and children's playground. All the ingredients for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

1. St. James Complex has two swimming pools - one adult and one children's pool.
2. There is an outdoor play area for the children.
3. Plenty of parking.
4. Lifts and wheelchair ramps for easy access.
5. Sunbeds are provided in the pool areas.
The apartment is within walking distance of the beach and the many fine restaurants in the area.

Rates:
Rates quoted for the property are per week on an occupancy of up to 4 people (a 5th person can be accommodated on a foldout bed by prior arrangement - this may incur a extra charge which will be indicated in the quote). The rates include all bedroom linen and towels.

Cleaning:
The apartment is cleaned and fresh bed linen and towels are provided. There is a mid-stay clean and fresh bed linen and towels provided during a 2 week stay.

Changeover:
The changeover day is flexible. Guests can check in after 12 noon on the day of arrival and leave the apartment by 10 am on the day of departure.

Access to apartment
Key codes for the apartment and the pool area will be provided when the holiday has been fully paid for. Guests can access the apartment themselves on arrival.

Great place to stay

Communication with Denis and the property manager, Richard, was amazing. They both responded promptly and provided all the answers and solutions I needed. The apartment is spacious and was very clean, two of my most important criteria. The location is ideal for an extended stay near a beach. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate this March, but that takes nothing away from the location and great apartment. It was a lovely place to stay.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben eine Woche in der Unterkunft St. James, Praia da Luz, verbracht und sind mehr als zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, voll ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Sie verfügt über 2 Balkone wovon einer einen Blick auf das Meer hat. Ferner hat die Wohnung auch zwei Bäder. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war stets freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Great place

Spacious and covenient flat for family of 5 with fabulous A/C. You can see the sea from balcony which was also good, though first floor means it is a little limited. Excellent communication from host who even let us stay until our flight left late in the day which was well appreciated. Pool area good size and kids enjoyed themselves. The walk down to town/beach was 5ish+ mins, the walk back is longer as up hill which is hard work in heat but doable. Overall it was well priced and enjoyable. I would highly recommend.
