Space

The Bedrooms

All beds are equipped with high-quality mattresses to ensure a comfortable sleep. All bedrooms have blinds as well as a ceiling fan to ensure a peaceful night sleep.

The master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom, walk-in robe, large chest of drawers as well as two bedside tables. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your enjoyment as well as a hairdryer.

The second bedroom is equipped with two extra-length single beds, which can conveniently be pushed together to form a king-size bed if required. This bedroom also comes with a robe and two bedside tables.

The third bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, robe and bedside table.

The second bathroom comes with a modern shower and a bathtub with a cosy bath caddy so you can enjoy reading a book with a cup of tea or glass of wine to unwind. This bathroom also comes with towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Living area

The snug/front living room comes with a comfortable corner sofa and is perfect for relaxing and watching a movie in a cosy setting. This room is equipped with a 55-inch smart TV with access to Netflix, Youtube and other streaming services. We have also provided a modern poker set, puzzles and books for entertainment!

The main living area is open-planned with a large comfortable sofa and also comes with a 55-inch smart TV and a functioning gas fireplace for those colder evenings. This is a great room for entertaining.

Outdoor area

The spacious outdoor area contains a state-of-the-art 4-burner gas barbecue, dining table and patio heater for those chilly evenings. There is also a mandarin and lemon tree for your enjoyment when in season.

Cleaning

This house is professionally cleaned before every stay with all linen laundered. Dishwasher tablets are provided along with washing detergent to allow use of the dishwasher and washing machine.

Kitchen

This home comes with a fully-equipped kitchen to meet all of your needs for a pleasant stay.
There is a Nespresso coffee machine and pods for you to enjoy; as well as tea, salt, pepper, oil and spices etc to ensure you have an enjoyable and convenient stay.

WiFi

This home comes with free WiFi available for out guests to enjoy.

Parking

Outdoor parking space for two vehicles at the front of the property as well as a double garage.

No Smoking Policy

Please note there is a strict no smoking policy anywhere on the premises. Any smoking on the premises will result in an additional charge of $1000 to cover the costs of cleaning the property.

No Parties

This property is in a residential area, therefore please respect our neighbours by adhering to our quiet times between 10pm – 8am.

Access

Enjoy a quick and easy check-in with the keys ready in the secure lock box for your arrival. The code for the lock-box will be provided on the day of check-in.

Guests will have access to the entirety of the property including the outdoor area. Access to the property is gained through the front door.

Free parking is available on the driveway for two cars and there is further space for two cars in the private garage.
