A modern, stylish 3-bedroom villa filled with natural light. Equipped with all the amenities and comforts you need for a memorable stay, just 200m from the Calais/Brighton Road café precinct.
The unit is professionally cleaned, and all linens are freshly laundered by a trusted service. We’ve also stocked it with essential cleaning supplies to support a safe and healthy stay.
Indulge in our fabulous seaside lifestyle just 1.2 km to the Scarborough beachfront. Our beautiful villa is perfectly positioned just moments from the popular Calais Road/Brighton Road café and dining strip, the sparkling waters of the Indian Ocean, and everything else that vibrant Scarborough Beach has to offer. This is a different kind of coastal living!
The space
This Villa is completely self-contained and private. Relax in the air conditioned lounge room on the comfortable sofas and read a book. Treat yourself to some deliciously fresh produce at the local Brighton Road Market and cook a homemade meal in our modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Coffee, tea, sugar, oils, salt/pepper are provided to ensure you only need your main ingredients whilst cooking. Dishwashing tablets also provided to make the clean up easier.
Enjoy a BBQ with your friends/family in our large alfresco dining area.
The master bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed with own air conditioning, large built in robe, fantastic lighting and plantation shutters. The second bedroom contains a Queen bed, built in robes and a ceiling fan. The third bedroom has another queen size bed, super stylish decor and a ceiling fan. All bedrooms have beautiful white plantation shutters which allow you to enjoy as much sleep as you like.
The bathroom is modern with a rain shower, vanity and bath tub.All bath towels are provided as well as body wash, shampoo. A hair dryer has also been provided for your convenience.
Laundry facilities include washing machine plus complimentary washing liquid included.
Other things to note
A portacot is available upon request.
Guests have access to entire property.
It is important that our guests are left to relax and enjoy the Scarborough lifestyle. With this in mind we will leave you in peace unless you need advice or have any questions. I am available at all times via phone or email. I live in close proximity to the property so if required can be on site within 5 minutes. I have compiled a detailed guest booklet for you to use during your stay guiding you towards the best shops,cafes,restaurants and transport options in the neighbourhood.
This property is located approximately 200m from the Calais/Brighton Rd Cafe precinct. Here you will be able to get your morning coffee/freshly baked breads or croissants, ample choice of breakfast eateries. Fresh Fruit/ veg and local produce at Brighton Food Market and even choices for sit down brunch or lunch and dinner at Drift Cafe/Fam Bam burger or Il locale Pizzeria. All only a hop skip and jump from your accommodation.
The Villa is also only 60 m away from Butler reserve. This is a fabulous park with a kids playground facility and BBQ options.
The Villa is within walking distance from Perth's beautiful Scarborough beach ( 10-15 minute walk or 2 minute drive (1.2km) as well as the main Scarborough hub offering a brilliant choice for restaurants and bars.
Make sure to watch the sunset over the Indian ocean stroll back to our fabulous property and enjoy some sundowners in the beautiful outdoor area.
This property is the perfect escape for a private getaway and beachside adventure.
There is one available car bay, directly in front of the Villa.
If you do not have your own car, public transport is aplenty!
The nearest bus stop is approximately 200 m away and allows easy access to the beach, Innaloo shopping precinct, Stirling Train station and the City.
