1. QUOTES: For quick quotes directly, please provide your desired dates and the number of people, including adults and children.
2. RATES: The daily rate is for up to 2 people (from the 3rd person onwards, R$ 40.00 per person per day is charged) and the minimum stay is 5 nights! During Carnival the rate is R$ 500.00, New Year's is R$ 700.00 (minimum 5 nights), in high season R$ 350.00 (January, minimum 5 nights), February R$ 250.00, March and April R$ 280.00, May and June R$ 200.00, Christmas R$ 350.00, July and December R$ 250.00 and other periods R$ 220.00. The final cleaning, laundry and gas fees are R$ 150.00. Electricity and water consumption during the stay are charged separately. A security deposit of R$ 250.00 is charged at check-in (to cover any potential damages and electricity and water costs, refunded at check-out net of charges). Children aged 2 and older are counted as paying guests.
3. MINIMUM NIGHT STAY: minimum 5 nights, in some cases of long weekends we charge 3 nights.
4. COMPLIMENTARY AMENITIES: Shared fibre optic Wi-Fi internet, gas, and bed linens.
