Newly built 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 3 storey townhouse located in the centre of Christchurch, opposite the Salt District - offering a world of food choices right at your doorstep. Complete with x2 separate rooms with Queen beds. Complete with a fully equipped kitchen, high quality hotel linen and bidet toilets just to name a few amenities. Great for a weekend exploring Christchurch or extended work trips. High speed internet and a touch of home in every room, complete with 55inch TV.
3 storey townhouse. Ground floor has Living, Dining, Kitchen and access to the outdoor courtyard. 1st floor contains a full tiled bathroom with shower and bidet, 1st bedroom with Queen bed and wardrobe. 2nd floor contains Master room with ensuite bathroom complete with tiled shower and bidet.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property during your stay. It will be fully cleaned and prepared for your arrival and you will find everything you need to make your stay comfortable.

City Noise - Please note this is an inner city Townhouse. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Siren. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city.

Great location

A wonderful two bedroom two bathroom apartment close to the city and new food places. A bit noisy on one of our five nights but new and clean. Parking can be a bit hit and miss but a cheap Wilson car park nearby
