Very Comfortable and Convenient Town Home -Brilliant Sunsets, beautiful beach, and a stroll to town!

The title tells it all. We rented this property on what some would describe as one of the busiest beach weeks on Siesta Key - Easter Spring Break. The home was a comfortable two bedroom townhouse - really ideal for two couples or two adults and one child. Two full bath -- both very spacious -- especially the master bath. The TownHouse is on the back end of being upgraded - so rentals going forward will have the advantage of new beds, new sliding glass doors and screens, and new area carpets that cover beautiful terra cotta tiles through out the home (this tile is wonderful, cool and easy to clean!). The kitchen is a simple working kitchen -- well appointed and perfect for a quick breakfast or a full dinner. The two decks on the townhouse are outstanding -- upstairs off the master bedroom and downstairs off the den/common room. They are where all the action is! They both face west -- so full sun from late morning to BOOOMING sunsets (you can't beat this sunset spot). You also have plenty of action off your decks - watching the waves, the people that come down to the beach (it doesn't get too crowded this end of Siesta Beach) and the stars at night. I loved the decks -- i understand some of the outdoor furniture is also being replaced. The location of the townhouse is terrific. You can walk over 3 miles south and back again (as i did daily) along the beach and join the walker, runners or early morning shell collectors. The swimming was terrific too. The TownHouse is literally steps from the beach. The house is 5 min walk into the village -- access to all stores and restaurants -- but far enough away that there is ZERO town noise or car traffic. Its a great location all around. Accessible to restaurants, bars, and all shops. We walked everywhere. The House has a nice outdoor shower, a garage for your car and a few other spots, washer dryer and strong wifi. Patti is a very caring owner and is always accessible to help or provide assistance. As you can tell -- we look forward to returning in the future (if we dont buy our own place!).

Very aged property, not kept up over the years. All Furniture old, including outside, bedding icky. Too many personal things everywhere. Kitchen very old. Air Conditioning excellent, refrigerator excellent. View spectacular!

Fabulous setting and home and owner‼️💗

We had a terrific time at Patti’s home on Siesta Key!! The house was so perfect for us and was beautifully furnished and well appointed. The kitchen was fully equipped and the furniture and beds extremely comfortable!! The best part of this home is that it is right on the beach facing the most magnificent sunsets one can imagine!! In addition the master bedroom, living room dining room and kitchen all face the ocean, so the views are incredible. With the windows open, we heard the constant flow of the ocean waves and it’s was just wonderful. We can’t wait to return next year, and thank Patti and the management company for being so terrific.

Vacation value for your money. It has so much to offer!

One of the best family vacations ever. The property is perfectly located. Family members were able to choose what they wanted to do without forming a committee. A car is not need because even with a waterfront location, Siesta Village is steps away! If you want a ride, free transportation is provided to everywhere on the Island. Our teens rode to the main #1 beach for volleyball then back to Siesta Village for ice cream while we enjoyed the #1 beach out our front door! They met new friends too! We all enjoyed a wonderful week. The townhome is exactly as the owner described. Patti was so helpful before and during our stay. I highly recommend this property and encourage other to stay and vaca!! Really is AWESOME!!!

Our family has stayed on Siesta Key for the past 5 years. As our family grew we needed a larger space and this was perfect! 2 large bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom was very convenient. 2 large decks overlooking the Gulf of Mexico was a bonus. Bring the sunscreen! Sun most of the day on the decks and direct sunsets at night. Short walk to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. No need for a car. Steps to the sandy beach. Perhaps the best location on Siesta Key.

What a view!!!!!

Whether it's daytime or spectacular sunsets this is the place to be..... For anyone wanting to relax or take walks on the best beach in America this is the spot to do it from. Large decks to sit on and enjoy the views. Easy short walk to village of Siesta Key without the hassle of parking this condo can't be beat. Go to village and enjoy a meal and not worry about driving. Plenty of free taxi rides (for tips). Patti (owner) couldn't have been more helpful.

As Promised!!!

Met all of our expectations based on the listing. Walk out your front door and your are on the beach, and the beach has beautiful white sand. We walked all of the beach on our days over the holidays, and there were parts of the 3 mile strectch that were crowded, and this was not one of them. You are two blocks from the village, where we ate breakfast every morning (Village Cafe and Broken Egg I would recommend) dinner at night (SKOB was fun), all a brief walk. Weather was 80+ on 3 of the 4 days. We used our car 1 time during our stay, and that was to go to Puccini's (is on the mainlaind about 15 minute drive, you'll need a reservation) which was the best Italian meal I have had in my 56 years of dining..... Overall exactly what the doctor ordered, a relaxing 5 day vacation....

I'm proud to tell folks that I am now a Sarasota-Siesta Key resident. What a legacy! Though we still maintain a home on Lake George in the Adirondacks of New York, we also eagerly consider Siesta Key as a gem, just as we do Lake George/Saratoga!!
