Perfect spot for our group. Property was as described in the listing, clean and very well stocked! We would definitely return again - tons of space indoors and outdoors. Kayaks and canoes were fun and the waterfall is very close! Kids loved the bit of sand at the water edge and jumping off the dock! Great spot! No issues!
I just want to give a shout-out to the host, who was very communicative, ensuring our stay was as seamless as possible. Instructions are clear and in-depth.
In terms of the cottage, my goodness, its a beautiful place. Surrounded by nature. Amazing to have multiple washrooms. Lots of space and activities to do. Our group only wished we could have stayed longer! Its for sure a place we will come visit again should we have the opportunity. Thank you for an amazing stay!
We recently spent a weekend at this charming cottage, and it was truly a perfect escape! From the moment we arrived, the peaceful surroundings and beautiful scenery made us feel relaxed and at home.
The cottage itself was cozy, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The open living area was ideal for lounging, playing games, and catching up with friends, while the fully equipped kitchen made meal prep a breeze.
The outdoor space was a real highlight – we loved the fire pit for evening bonfires and the spacious deck for morning coffees with a view. The location was perfect too – secluded enough to enjoy some privacy.
Overall, this cottage provided the perfect balance of relaxation and fun. Can’t wait to return for another stay! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great group getaway!
My husband and I spent the majority of 2022 looking for a place to stay with our loved ones within Ontario. We had a very difficult time locating something on other rental apps for 12 guests (with varying needs of beds - doubles, queens, single). When we located this listing on VRBO we immediately booked it in March 2023 as we had not seen a property that was this beautiful, private and had everything we needed of a cottage. The hosts were a pleasure to communicate with and offered great suggestions (home baked goods around the corner). We will definitely be back sometime soon! For the entire house including two kitchens, two laundry rooms, ample dining and living room space, private 280 acre lot, lots of water sport equipments, beautiful fire pit space…had everything we wanted! Thanks again to Andrew and Pam for hosting us.
