This newly renovated pool villa offers four spacious bedrooms, spacious open-plan living/dining area, fully equipped Western kitchen and a private pool to enjoy at your leisure.
Set in the peaceful location within Kamala Regent complex, with free access to the communal amenities such a lap swimming pool, kids pool, fully equipped gym and a restaurant on site.
Entry to the villa is along a raised deck and directly into the bright living room, thanks to a wall of glass sliding doors that provide a lot of daylight. This area is split-level with the living section on this level, complete with a leather sofa and a flat-screen TV and facing the pool. On the lower level there is a dining area and a foosball table that is perfect for having fun with your friends indoors.
Prepare your own meals and beach snacks if needed. Everything for your stay is provided, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster & cookware.
Master bedroom and two guest bedrooms set up on the main floor. Two of them have direct pool access. There is a wide staircase outside the house that leads to a sunbathing area with loungers. The fourth bedroom with a queen bed is on this level too.
Electric usage is not included in the price, it will be charged at 6 baht/kw. Turn off the ACs and all the lights when you leave the house.
Cleaning service during the stay is not included, but can be arranged at an extra fee. Cost is 2400 baht and includes linen and towels change. Please book 48 hours in advance.
Late check in is available on request free of charge.
