Our lovely home is positioned in Vincentia’s beautiful Bayswood Estate, in close proximity to the pristine beaches of Jervis Bay and the new Vincentia HomeCo Marketplace shopping centre, the Bay & Basin leisure centre, & local playing fields.

Only a 5 min drive from the water’s edge at Collingwood Beach, this fully-equipped modern holiday home is the ultimate escape for families & friends; or suitable as an executive retreat/base for local work requirements.

The space
Drawing on its picturesque natural surrounds, from the glittering waters of Jervis Bay with its white sandy beaches to the surrounding native bushland, this pristine property offers a relaxing getaway. Only a short drive to Collingwood Beach (5 mins), Hyams Beach (8 mins), and Huskisson (10 mins), the property boasts a highly convenient location with plenty of space for the whole family to relax & unwind.

Just paces from the front door you will find yourself at a tranquil reserve with a fully-equipped & modern playground for the kiddies, outdoor BBQ facilities and a pond with lots of local wildlife (kangaroos and ducks are regular visitors to our front garden!).

You can access the Walking/Cycling Track directly from the estate through the nearby forest to Collingwood beach (30 mins/10-15 mins). Other things to note
Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Please particularly keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.

Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups of travellers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. If you are a family travelling with supervised children you can proceed with the booking. A maximum of 8 adults are permitted at the property.

Long-term stays: For long-term bookings, pet-friendly access may be permitted upon application.

Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single-use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, please bring extra provisions.
