** Access**
The apartment is on the first floor, you will have to climb an exterior stair landing.
*NOISE*
We want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible! Please note that, like everywhere in Montreal, our charming vintage building may experience some traffic noise and occasional sounds from neighboring apartments. For those who are sensitive to noise, we provide earplugs on-site.
**Parking**
A maximum of 1 outdoor private parking space (25$ / day) at the back of the building per reservation. The parking space can accommodate a maximum of small SUVs. When making your reservation, please write to us to check the availability: As places are limited, they will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
*AIR CONDITIONING & COMFORT*
The apartment is equipped with high-capacity air conditioning for the common areas—living room, dining room, kitchen, and hallways—to help keep things cool during warmer days.
For good airflow throughout the space, we recommend leaving the bedroom doors open and/or using the ceiling fan or standing fan provided in each bedroom.
We’ve organized the airflow in this simple setup to keep the space comfortable day and night. However, importantly consider your personal preferences for cooling as the unit does not have central air.
*SNOW REMOVAL*
During winter, please be aware that our snow removal companies wait for 5 cm of snowfall to accumulate before dispatching their teams to clear the parking space and stairs. Please consider whether this is manageable for you, especially when navigating staircases, moving strollers, or walking through light snow. Generally, they will wait until the end of a precipitation to clear the snow only once.
A shovel will be available on site.
