Precisa melhorar

O local é ótimo, bem localizado e tudo mais mas a casa estava muito suja, impossível andar descalço no local, tivemos que fazer uma faxina nos comodos princiais para poder habitar. Outro detalhe são os lençois de cama que estão precisando de novoc, são muitooo ruins e finos e velhos. No mais o ap é incrível, grande e aconchegante. PS: atenção pois o prédio não possui elevador pois são 2 andares.
