There is an unfenced stream in the back garden, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water. All guests should take care when using the internal stairs as although they have a handrail, they do not have a barrier to prevent falls.All guests are encouraged to use the handrail when accessing the internal stairs as they are quite steep.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
