Perfect for a family vacation or romantic get-away! This beautiful spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bath cottage northwest of Austin sleeps 4 (or 6 with an air mattress). The home was updated in 2022 with an expanded private deck and heated Cowboy Pool, perfect for relaxing with friends and family in the evenings. Enjoy amazing Hill Country views, starry skies and peaceful natural surroundings. Amenities include: homemade breakfast, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, free high-speed internet, a large Roku HD TV with free YouTube TV and access to streaming channels, a small library, a fire pit, corn hole, darts, and other games.

Cozy, private, fully-furnished 2-bedroom, 1 bath air-conditioned cottage includes a home-cooked breakfast delivered to your deck every morning.

Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffeepot (& coffee + tea), toaster, full-size refrigerator, electric stove and oven, plus dishwasher (detergent provided). Laundry room has washer and dryer (detergent provided).

Free wifi high-speed internet included.

Flat-screen TV with YouTubeTV, plus access for guests to log into streaming services. Or unplug with a variety of books, board games or cards.

Spacious deck with heated Cowboy pool, outdoor dining and multiple seating options. Outdoor entertainment includes corn hole, darts and a fire pit.

The most hospitable place I’ve ever stayed in for a VRBO, by far. The hosts were so communicative, giving me a multiple choice questionnaire on how I would like the experience to kick start things off.The cabin feels like home, and was well provisioned and decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were provided drinks of our choice, fresh coffee grounds, HEB chips, salsa, and a bowl of fresh fruit. The heated cowboy pool was clean, pre-heated, and chlorinated. The king bed was comfortable and we slept very well. The area we stayed in was beautiful with a stunning sunset view. And our hosts gave us a choice for breakfast, then cooked and delivered it for us. All in all it was such a great weekend experience and I’m happy we came here on a whim. This place is a gem!

Incredible Views of the Hill Country

My wife and I came here for a getaway and we couldn’t have had a nicer time! The property owners were so accommodating and had the fridge stocked with delicious breakfast food! Great place to get away from the stress and noise. Very quite and out of the way but close enough to Marble Falls. Ron is an excellent host easy to contact and answers quickly. This is one of the best VRBO we have stayed at!

The cottage was the perfect stay for our family of 4. They had such a good time especially in the cowboy pool. We walked around the property the owners were so nice and attentive to whatever we could possibly need. The breakfast was so great we all loved it. We can't wait to stay here again with our kids and plan to get away with just my husband and I.

Amazing accommodations and hosts!

It was such a treat to spend the night here with my husband and our dog. We were greeted with a sweet welcome note, chips and texas made salsa! The breakfast Ron and Gayleen provided on the deck was delicious. We definitely felt taken care of and enjoyed everything the place had to offer.

This hilltop, with its fresh air and fantastic views, inspired us to make our longtime dream a reality. And we hope it inspires you, too.

We love staying in Bed and Breakfasts because they’re always more interesting and unique than the usual (boring) hotel. From historic homes in Scotland to starry prairie skies, those holidays sparked conversations about opening our own B&B. After all, we love breakfast and meeting new people. But work, raising a family and caring for parents left little room for that dream to grow.

Until our youngest moved off to college and we discovered the Hill Country Highland property.

Hill Country Highland Bed & Breakfast opened last year with our first unit: Bluebonnet Cottage. The cozy two-bedroom house is fully furnished and perfect for a romantic weekend getaway, or a family vacation. We have lots of plans for HCH B&B, including additional units and more outdoor activities. We’ll be slowly adding as time goes on, such as the chickens we recently added so we’ll have fresh eggs available to all guests!
