Welcome to our stunning 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom retreat located in the picturesque neighborhood of Richmond Hill. There is 2 living room and 1 fully equipped kitchen upstairs and 1 equipped kitchenette in lower lever with its own mini fridge, microwave and coffee machine
Each of the four bedrooms is beautifully decorated and features a comfortable bed, high-quality linens, and ample storage space. The four bathrooms are equipped with modern fixtures. 3 bedroom upstairs and 1 bedroom lower level.

the listing is the main floor (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) Plus the lower level unit which has a separate living room, one bedroom, kitchenette and its own 3 pc bathroom. There is a pull out couch as well that can sleep 1 person
Total sleeping beds : 1 king bed and 3 queen bed and 1 single sofa bed (total of 9 people sleep)

There is a full time tenant living in lower level of the house. Single person and Very quiet. With separate door and entrance from the back of the house.

Great location for day trips in the TO area

This was a great place to stay for us (we were two families with a total of 4 adults and 5 children aged 7-14) and great location for day trips to Canada's Wonderland and the Toronto Zoo!

Stayed 3 nights in Sep 2023
