Enjoy, relax, lounge on the screened porch with a good book, sunbathe on one of the open decks, swing in the shade over the water, fish off the dock, or bring your boat!
This is a retreat, for healing, for peace, for fun.

There is a private boat ramp, slip, and lift at this fabulous bayfront home! One of the few, a rare find...
Please contact us for approval if you need to use the boat equipment, (that is for experienced boaters only). A deposit is required.

No boat, that's okay, fish right off the dock, then clean and cook your fresh catch on the grill provided.

What an adventurous place to gather and vacation! After a fun day around the water, enjoy watching the evening sky change to gorgeous sunset colors. There is also a picnic table and grill under the house along with the swing for your enjoyment.

Make time during your stay to head over to the famous Kemah Boardwalk, only 3.6 miles away, for dinner, drinks, shopping, rides and festivities.

You won't want to go home, so book a few extra days if you can!

One of our favorites!
The house was immaculate when we arrived! The views from the multiple decks were gorgeous! All beds comfortable and bedding super soft. Kitchen had top of the line appliances. Plenty of comfortable furniture for game night or watching a movie. All the extra touches were appreciated- from the towels on trays with shells, to large shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both showers, liquid soaps at all sinks, and accessible cleaning products so we could keep the space neat during the week. We visit the area often and will definitely plan to stay here again!

Highly recommend this property!
This is a beautiful house on Clear Lake with an amazing view! We traveled to Houston and League City for new patient appointments at the MD Anderson locations in both cities. We chose this house hoping for peace and tranquility in between visits and it delivered!!! The house was spotless and felt like home immediately. There are multiple decks to enjoy the view and breeze off the water. We will definitely stay here for my MDA visit in September. Thank you!!

Beautiful property just a few problems.
We loved the location and the peacefulness of the harbor. The property has many steps. Steps to get to main level. Steps to get to 2 spare bedrooms. Steps from that level to master bedroom and then steps from master bedroom to bathroom. House was clean and well equipped. We had a couple of problems but they did quickly send a repairman to take care of them. The fan in the master bathroom is crazy loud and needs attended to and the master bath mirror is an antique but not useful as a mirror to see. Just a few tweaks and this could be a total gem.The steps were okay for us but many would have a problem. It was a good workout for our legs. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again with just a few suggestions for the next guests.
