Lovely unit and location, superb property manager.

The unit is a two floor just off Gympie Terra, so about 6 minute walk to the water. Location is quiet, and the unit was clean. Stayz failed to send the access code, but I was able to contact the property manager and she was responsive and pleasant. The only thing I’d recommend is not having a strongly scented floral reed diffuser in the unit. The smell is overpowering and headache inducing, so I placed it outside and shut the bathroom door for the duration of the stay, and opened ground coffee. The scent dissipated, but instead of strong floral scents to which some people are sensitive, ether use an astringent one or nothing. Otherwise…superb. I did the Noosa tri and the accommodation and property manager were a highlight.

The lady I spoke to was very rude and inconsiderate we were give. A wrong key pass and waited for half an hour for response for the right key pass. So we diidnt get inside till 2.40 pm

Wonderful stay

This is a great property to stay in -clarn, well apppinted a d located. I would stay here again but book directly through the Property Manager and not Stays. She was very responsive. I was locked out at 6.15 pm after travelling to Noosa be ause Stayz had not sent the entry code to access keyless lock. I received it from them sometime between 6.30 -7pm after the Property Manager had helped me out.
