Beautiful 4 Bedroom, 8 Bed Sleeps 12-14, 2 Bath, Spacious & Tastefully Decorated Cottage with Large Covered Deck and fully landscaped Yard with firepit, outdoor games and truly paradise. The Heated Plunge Pool is AMAZING, Outdoor HOT shower ( both seasonal), HOT TUB year-round, Large Outdoor SAUNA. Relax outside and watch the Golfers tee off or lay back and stair at the stars. Pictures of the listing speak for itself. Custom Designed and Built by myself; the current owners and nothing like this cottage anywhere around in the area.
Perfect getaway location and offered year round. Lots of parking for boats / snowmobiles etc..
Note: cleaning fees are based on 6 guests fee may differ depending on size of group.
Please also note that rates may fluctuate seasonally so prior to confirmation of your booking, i will requote and advise.
High Season typicalling Mid June - Early Sept with nightly rates around $500+
Low Season typically Mid Sept - Mid June with nightly rates around $400+ but subject to change with notice prior to confirmation of booking.
These rates are based on 6 guests, any additional guests there is a fee of $65/night pp.
As i am always improving the property inside and out, i may be delayed on uploading content so pictures may not be accurate but it will only be better then what you see in the listing

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please ensure the BBQ is cleaned and Covered
Close all windows and doors
Please tidy up and return property to a respectful condition and please let me know if you have broken anything, accidents happen and we will work it out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
