-Smoking or using hookahs is not allowed inside the property;
-Use ambient sound, especially please pay attention to the quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM, as the property is located in an elevated position and surrounded by mountains. Therefore, the sound is amplified and we ask for your understanding towards the neighbors.
-Dishes must be washed and trash removed at the end of each stay to prevent cases of COVID-19 and other contaminations. If you choose not to wash or remove the dishes, the cleaning team will apply an extra fee of R$100 for the dishes and R$60 for trash removal.

The property is located in a rural area, therefore, upon exiting the highway there is a dirt road to reach the house. This road is 2km (5 minutes) from your desired destination. Additionally, due to being surrounded by mountains and nature, the internet signal may fluctuate at certain times.
