This charming seaside cottage, on the main street of beautiful Port Elliot is only 300m from Horseshoe Bay and a short walk to cafes, hotels, shops and the famous Port Elliot Bakery. Perfect for couples and small families (with kids) to relax.

There is a cosy living area with a Smart TV, combustion fireplace (plenty of firewood) and reverse cycle air-conditioning to enjoy all year round. The three bedrooms include two with queen beds and one with two sets of bunks.

The dining/kitchen area opens out to a large deck with outdoor dining, lounge and bbq space. A Luxaflex electric awning provides shade for the outdoor dining area and there is plenty of outdoor space with lawns and sheltered areas to enjoy in the secure backyard.
