Bnb Booking presents... the Main River Mansion. We welcome guests to the ever luxurious and highly sought after suburb that is, 'Isle of Sorrento' in the Gold . Commanding absolute waterfrontage, this property will take your breath away in more ways than one.
Accommodating up to 12 guests, this gorgeous and spacious, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home, is split over 2 generous levels.
It highlights the prime water frontage and spectacular views that we know to love, celebrating the Gold Coast and its surrounds. Occupying the grand front entrance of the property, a large, resort style swimming pool, and to the rear, a large grassed area spilling into your very own, private pontoon and water views of the Main River.
The opulent high ceilings exude opportunities of natural light, and welcome panoramic views of the lush surrounds. Modern fixtures and furnishings add a modern twist, to a classic, extravagant foundation, with no detail left untouched. With multiple alfresco living/dining options and an entertainers kitchen, the Main River Mansion has everything you need for the holiday of a lifetime.
'Isle of Sorrento', one of the most sought after locations in the suburbs of the Gold Coast, which guests can choose to be apart of the glitz and glamour of the Gold Coast, or hide away in the peaceful tranquillity of a waterfront property.

Master Bedroom 1: Upstairs, River views.
1x King Bed - with ensuite.
Bedroom 2: River views.
1x Queen Bed with ensuite

1x Sofa Bed in the living area - sleeps 2 and additional fold out bed when required for a 12th guest (Please note: Booking must be made for 12 to have this made up)

- Generous open plan tiled layout.
- Private paved courtyard with amazing pool area, north east facing.
Complete with BBQ facilities.
- Spacious full gourmet kitchen, with gas cooktop, modern appliances including a dishwasher and plenty of cupboard and bench space.
- Waterfront views, including those of the private pontoon
- Bedrooms boasting river/pool views.
-Netflix available on brand new, Samsung 4K Smart TVs
- Master bedroom has ensuite attached, with large bathtub to enjoy.
- Hotel-quality linen & beach towels provided upon arrival for 6 guests only.
**NOTE FOR NETFLIX: Due to the new no sharing restrictions. You will need to log into your own Netflix account. You will need to select traveling on your account.**
Guests have full access to all areas, except storeroom, separate to the house and cleaners cupboards. All areas are marked and locked that are not for use.
- As a rule we only take families.
- The minimum age of the person renting must be over 25.
- All guest joining must be 25 yrs old and above unless it is a family stay with small children.
- Group stay will be subject for approval. Please inquire prior to booking if you are a group.
- We don't take groups of more than 8 adults as we are in a very respectful neighbourhood.
- Absolutely No parties or events of any kind and strictly quiet hours from 9pm- 7am.
"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"
- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
- We also require a Security deposit $2000 which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info
-Pet freindly (pet fee of $37 per pet per night max 2 pets and must be pre approved)
- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
- Booking tax notice: Starting August 16, 2023, A $30 booking tax is levied per booking to cover guest and identity validation
- Starting 16th February 2024, All group stays will require a external $5000 bond
