About this property

Glen Tara - Sweeping views of Johanna Valley!

Glen Tara is one of our original beach shacks, newly renovated and accommodates up to 4 guests. It is fully self contained and has sweeping views of the Johanna valley. The walk to the beach is just 550 metres.

There is an open plan living and dinning area with a Chiminees Philippe wood heater. The fully equipped kitchen has a Bosch oven and induction cook-top. There is a large grassed outdoor area with ocean views, perfect for entertaining.

The bedroom configuration is bedroom one has x1 King Size bed, bedroom two has x2 King Single beds which can be made into a King Size when requested. Next to the bedrooms is a freshly renovated bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet.

While staying at our accommodation on the Great Ocean Road, you have access to our facilities including indoor heated communal pool, organic veggie garden & free-range eggs from the chicken shed.

Loved it!

My kids and I had an awesome time at Seaside Cottages. The place is gorgeous, with amazing views of the hills, and a few steps we were at the top of the dunes overlooking the ocean. Kids loved to feed the chicken, hand pick raspberries and the pool was a great bonus! Thanks for having us!

Short break

we have stayed at this property several times and always enjoy our stay. This time the weather was, as we all know, not typical weather. Heavy rain stopped us travelling for a couple of hours and the first night was very cold, only 2degrees in the morning so a heater in the bathroom would have been welcome .
