Master Loft Retreat (3rd Floor): A showstopper with a king bed, futon, spa-style soaker tub, upgraded walk-in shower, Roku TV, desk, and wraparound views of the ocean, pond, and marsh. Sunrise coffee or sunset cocktails—this is your sanctuary.

First Floor Comforts: Two queen bedrooms, each with Roku TVs and porch access leading straight to the sand. One includes a private en suite bath, while the other is steps from a shared full bath.
