Complete with a private ocean front balcony, a communal grilling area with picnic tables, a crystal-clear swimming pool, well maintained tennis court, meticulously groomed grounds, coin laundry on each floor, exterior security entrances, an elevator for your convenience, and all just steps from the beach, local shops, and restaurants – this condo has all the makings for a perfect family vacation!

As you enter “The Eagle’s Nest” you are welcomed by the expansive ocean views. Coastal blue tones seamlessly blend the indoor living space with the scenery beyond. This beautifully updated condo features an open floor plan that maximizes the living space and views. The living room features a plush sofa and arm chairs. In the evenings the sofa can be converted to a queen-sized bed for groups that require an additional sleeping area. This inviting space has been hand crafted to provide a comfortable place for families to gather. A workstation nestled in the corner and large smart TV make the living room versatile and perfect for any traveler’s needs. Pull up a seat on the deck and relax as the waves crash on the white sandy beach below. The birds eye view from this deck will provide hours of enjoyment as you soak in the salt air.

The beautiful kitchen offers a generous amount of counter space for preparing meals and features a lovely glass tile back splash. Whether you choose to cook or order in from one of the nearby local restaurants, there is more than enough space and style in this upgraded kitchen. The dining room table seats six people so you can host scrumptious family dinners with ease.

Guests will admire the spacious primary suite that overlooks the gleaming coastline. A soft relaxing color palate and upgraded plantation shutters give a subtle beach atmosphere and offers direct access to the deck. Furnished with a luxurious king sized bed that positioned to capitalize on the spectacular view, this suite also offers a private bathroom with custom tilework and a dual vanity. You may start to wonder if you are dreaming after a few days in this private ocean front oasis! The hall bathroom is convenient for visitors and services the nearby guest room. The second bedroom offers a Pyramid Bunk with a twin over king bed that overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway and is true to meet the expectations of your family or traveling companions.


The Station One complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. All reservations require parking passes which will be issued from Bryant Real Estate to the reservation holder at the time of check in.

Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Pyramid Bunk Bed Twin over King, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa.
Parking: Parking for 2 vehicles with HOA parking pass.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Smoking, Pets, RV's, Boats, Boat Trailers, Trailers, Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
Additional Amenities: Outdoor Shower, Community Pool, Commercial Elevator, Secure Lobby, Tennis Court, Private Community Beach Access.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).

Bryant Real Estate, established in 1952, is a professionally operated firm that is licensed in North Carolina and hired by the property owner to manage “W062 – The Eagle’s Nest” as a vacation rental.

*Please Note: Station One will be completing building updates during the off-season. Contractors may be onsite Monday–Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Guests can expect some daytime noise and activity in common areas while work is in progress. Thank you for your understanding as these improvements are made to enhance the property.*
