The downstairs comprises a front lounge or media room offering an appealing quiet space or a great retreat for the kids to watch TV, as well as the stunning, spacious open plan living area at the back. This is light and bright with high ceilings and incorporates a modern kitchen with a striking wow.factor, hidden walk-in pantry, double oven and professional coffee machine. The dining suite and stools at the benchtop provide ample seating and there is further seating for meals out on the patio. The Area
In a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of Bondi Beach, yet within a walk to the sand, this location is perfect. The popular Shuk’s cafe and bakery are nearby or head into Bondi for its thriving cafe culture, famous eateries and bars and plenty of boutiques. Other drawcards include North Bondi Children’s Pool and Bondi Beach playground for kids, the markets at the weekend, volleyball on the beach and nearby golf courses, as well as some stunning coastal walks. Transport to Westfield at Bondi Junction for some retail therapy and to the city are close at hand.

A $3,000.00 Security Deposit will be required prior to check in. This will be charged to your nominated credit card as a Pre-Authorisation which will be released after you check out.
