NEW Cozy Cottage On Lake Wylie

Lakefront cottage on Lake Wylie with a white sand beach, dock with ladder, and a beautiful back screened in porch to enjoy the sunsets! The cottage sits on a point with 180 degrees of waterfront views!

*Update 2022: we have had a baby and converted one of the upstairs bedrooms to a nursery. There is still a single bed in that room. The master downstairs and the 2nd bedroom upstairs both have queen beds.*

This cottage is our primary residences. There will be family photos on the walls and potentially items left in the refrigerator for when we return after your visit. However, our home is open to you and feel free to make yourself at home at our cottage

*** We have outdoor security cameras we monitor remotely. Outdoor cameras are located on the back porch pointing out towards our dock, and one on the front porch pointing towards the driveway and front door.***

This property is not to be used for events.

The cottage sleeps 6 comfortabl. It has 3 bedroom, 2.5 baths and pull out day bed in the bonus room.

Enjoy our beach, dock and 180 degrees of shoreline for fishing or swimming! We have a charcoal grill as well with a picnic table. Fire pit on the peninsula right next to lake!

We also rent luxury pontoon boats throughout the summer. Ask upon booking about our available pontoons during your stay.

Spectacular view

The location was the absolute best! The lake was so peaceful! Spectacular views from all angles- the Sandy area, firepit, & the dock. Enjoyed the peaceful 4th of July weekend. Close to shopping, activities, and restaurants. Hunters home is so beautiful and the pictures don’t even do it justice. 5 star- recommend!

Best Property on Lake Wylie

Thank you Hunter and Kendall for being by far the best hosts in the world. Your beAutiful home was just perfect for our girls trip getaway! We have stayed many places...But this was the best we have found in 16 years. Looking forward to next year!

Amazing getaway

This is our favorite place on Lake Wylie. It is in a great area that is private, safe, and close to shops if needed. It is absolutely beautiful. The owners are great to work with and want to make sure you have a perfect vacation. This will be the only place we stay from now on when we visit Lake Wylie. It is perfect in every way! Perfect house on the lake. Great view and location.

Stayed here for a long weekend with some friends. Place had a great view of true lake and was in a great private location. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good lake getaway.

Most amazing vacation spot!! So perfect we can't wait to go back!

This is such an amazing place to relax and have fun. The sandy beach is great for kids, the dock was fun to fish off, the views are perfect. The house was so clean and cozy. It is also very close to shopping if needed. There are 3 in our family and all 3 of us agree this is one of the best vacations we have ever had. The pictures will give you an idea of what you get but believe me when you get there it is even so much better. This place had everything we could have wanted and more for our vacation. We vacation a lot and this is the best VRBO we have ever stayed at. The owners are the best to work with as well. Hunter will make sure that you have everything you need for a perfect stay. Perfect for our small family

Such an amazing property! My family thoroughly enjoyed our quiet weekend in this quaint & comfortable cottage. It felt so private but was also not too far from shopping/grocery/coffee/etc (5-10 miles). The small beach was the perfect area for our two young children & their puppy to swim & play. Highly recommended for singles, couples, and little families.

Beautiful spot on the lake. Very peaceful.

We had everything we needed. The view is postcard quality, especially early mornings. The house is pretty small, but we knew that going in. Perfect getaway for a couple. To make it even better, bring a fishing pole :0).
