The great room has hardwood flooring and high ceilings with inset lighting, and the kitchen boasts a wooden island/breakfast bar that will be a gathering centerpiece. Updated with quality stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops, the cooking space has a corner farmhouse sink with windows facing out into the quiet neighborhood. A formal dining table divides the space to the living room, where ample contemporary seating frames a large TV and gas fireplace. French doors lead to the deck, where you can enjoy dining, gathering in a circle of Adirondack chairs, roasting marshmallows at the fire pit, or soaking in the bubbling hot tub.

The sumptuous, spacious king suite on the main level has direct access to the deck and hot tub. Upstairs, another king bedroom gives you glimpses of the ocean and Cascade Head through the trees. A third bedroom has two charming antique four-poster twin beds. The shared bath is beautifully updated. A media room on the landing has a sleeper sofa, games and puzzles, and a large TV in a relaxing, open space.

Walk a few blocks west through the quiet neighborhood and you’ll find a public beach access down a long flight of concrete steps. An easier access is available at Chinook’s Seafood Grill, minutes away by car. You’ll be rewarded with miles of level sand and surf. You can walk to dining (Blackfish Café and Grill, Thai Bay Restaurant, Galucci’s Pizza or Puerta Vallarta) and to an arcade (Game Over). Once you get in the car, all of Lincoln City—including golf, shopping, dining, hiking and beach exploration) is easy to access. Enjoy the coast from a luxurious perch with its own outdoor living space sure to please you and your guests!
