The Space



This up-scale lounge area features two comfy sofas, an accompanying lounge chair, and a coffee table, where you’ll enjoy watching your favorite show on the large-screen TV in the lounge area. The balcony features an incredible Burj Khalifa and dancing fountain views with a cozy outdoor seating area so you may enjoy watching the show every night while feeling comfortable at home.



The elegant dining area features a table and chairs for 6 people, where you’ll devour your home-cooked meals while admiring the view seen from the floor-to-ceiling windows and the kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen appliances, including a toaster, dishwasher, kettle, and a coffee machine for a seamless stay.



Master Bedroom



The tastefully furnished master bedroom features a King-sized bed with bedside tables and lampshades. You’ll also have access to a built-in wardrobe.



An en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub, a walk-in shower unit, a toilet, and double basins.



The second bedroom with a similar elegant style features a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with rain shower facilities.

Other things to note



Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts, and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.



Checkout cleaning fees are mandatory charges covering cleaning costs upon guests' checkout. Please note that cleaning supplies are not provided, as this is a serviced apartment, and cleaning should be arranged through our service provider only. A mandatory cleaning session is included for stays of 7 or more days, at an additional charge to keep the unit in excellent condition.

The apartment is located in Downtown Dubai area, it’s also a stone's throw away from the famous Dubai Mall. The downtown area is a vital region with a wide array of activities to be done, starting from shopping trips with your family and friends at Dubai mall, where you can also visit the stunning Aquarium, and underwater zoo and see the dancing fountain every night to visiting the famous iconic Burj Khalifa.



You will also find numerous restaurants, Coffeeshops, and Supermarkets scattered in the area so you will have everything you need in a blink of an eye.



Getting Around

Whenever you’re ready to head out into the city, a 10-minute taxi will take you to trendy DIFC for fine dining experiences in Dubai style, and for the more adventurous traveler, how about venturing out to Dubai Creek and taking a Dhow Dinner Cruise. When you’re ready to explore the city further afield, you can take the Dubai Metro or an RTA taxi. Uber and other car services are also available and widely used throughout the Emirate.
